DANIEL WATSON
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Daniel has 10 years independent property development and project management experience, as well as 8 years general practice chartered surveying experience.
A Masters graduate in Property Valuation and Law from London's Cass Business School, he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building.
Daniel began his career working in London for various renowned surveying firms, he subsequently moved to Dubai to head up the valuation team for Cluttons during the boom years of 2004-2007 where he interfaced with all the major local and international banks.
From 2008 to 2010, he was a full time employee at the UK's Network Rail where he managed the retail units at several of London's major train Stations, covering all aspects of Station redevelopement, investment, leasing and management.
Daniel's passion for property has expanded to overseas residential investment and management experience through purchasers in a range of markets including Istanbul, Morocco, Egypt, Kuala Lumpur, Spain, Dubai and Brazil.
Daniel set up DWP in late 2010 due to a growing pipeline of private clients and increasing investor demand.
